The Program:
Individual Sessions - The traditional way to correctly learn Pilates. Essential for beginners, special
needs and in-depth, customized work. Includes both floor and pilates equipment. By appointment only.
Group Sessions - Classes are taught progressively while accommodating all levels of ability. Please
ask for a class schedule and description.
