Ultimate Fitness is a private, by appointment only, one-on-one Slow Motion Strength Training studio.
We provide a complete program of slow motion strength, endurance and
flexibility training, twice a week in just 20 minutes. Our clientele consists of
both men and women, of all ages and levels. Services also include spin classes,
cycle strength training and Pilates.
